Pyramid, it is geometrical figure, characterized by solid and stable shape. It’s base must be strong so the next levels and other pieces can rest on it. The Pyramid of Success is based on theory, that in order to be successful in what we are doing, we need to build a sufficiently strong foundation. Only when the foundation is strong, we can add other important elements of our life, business or sport project. Each of us can build our own pyramid, having about 5 levels and depending on the complexity have only a few elements or dozens.
The basis are the key elements of our lives. Without solid foundations, it is difficult to build a high-reaching structure. The fundaments may include, for example, family, friends, enthusiasm, work, health, time for recovery and relax, passion, and hobbies.
At the second level, we should add skills we have and need to constantly develop, e.g. entrepreneurship, motivation, concentration, stress management or personal development. These are elements that allow us to manage and execute our projects, find ourselves in different situations, focus on the task, and come to an agreement with others.
Examples of building blocks on the following floors may be knowledge, setting goals, building teams, self-confidence, planning, loyalty, communication, commitment, competition and many more. All the above may be crucial to achieve the success. Not once but many times. Most of the athletes gives 110% thanks to a sense of competition and full commitment to what they do.
The crown of the entire pyramid is its top. This is your goal. Your success. Obtaining it results from mastering all the elements that make up our pyramid of success. To achieve success, you need to take care of many matters and skills. It's good to write and remember them.
